Leading up to the Olympics my training schedule is full on. After the last training session each day I feel pretty drained. Since I started with E3 algae I've noticed a big difference. My recovery is so much quicker than before and I have a lot more energy.

About a week after I started eating E3, I swam a lead up competition in Brisbane . I had some E3 just before the 400metres. How do I defrost E3Live?

Keep your bottle of E3 Live frozen until ready to use, then place bottle in refrigerator overnight to partially defrost. Pour off a 7 day supply to keep in your refrigerator and return the remaining frozen portion to the freezer.

For immediate defrosting, place bottle in cool water for 15 minutes. Make sure you use a timer so you don't forget and thaw too much.

Tip: Use a plastic ice cube trays with a lid to keep freezer odors out. Fill the tray with your thawed E3Live in single serving sizes and return the tray to your freezer. You will have easy "E3Live Cubes" to drop in your juice.

I accidentally thawed my whole bottle of E3Live - what do I do now?

If you defrosted the bottle of E3Live in your refrigerator or in a cool bowl of water, and it hasn't been thawed for more than a few hours, it should be fine. Just pour off the portion for the week that you need, then refreeze the rest. Another alternative is to make E3Live frozen cubes as outlined in the previous answer.

If the E3Live has thawed out in a very hot room, has been out for many hours, has thawed outside in the sun, or some similar undesirable condition - check it for color and smell. If it spoils, it will turn a muddy brown color and have a spoiled smell. If this happens, don't despair . . . you can always mix it with water for an awesome plant fertilizer!

How Do I Drink E3Live?

Some folks love the natural taste of E3Live and drink it undiluted. Others mix E3Live in non-citrus juice, such as apple, grape, etc. You can mix E3Live in into a delicious fruit smoothie or a green drink, too. Try experimenting with combinations that you enjoy. However, do not expose E3Live since hot temperatures destroy the natural enzymes.

How Much E3Live Should I Drink Each Day?

No two people are alike. For most everybody, we suggest you start with 1 teaspoon per day. Personally, I do a tablespoon in the morning and afternoon.
